My horse had completely atrophied pectoralis musculature on the right side making his gait irregular and him uncomfortable. After two sessions with Dawn, his pectoralis musculature is of normal size and function. Dawn has a complete understanding of anatomy and function and is able to see the slightest inconsistency.
My boy Moose injured himself jumping out of my SUV. I decided to try Dawn after another doctor’s recommendation. Moose cooed the whole time receiving his Physical Manipulation! He stood up when she was finished walking better and he was not afraid to be touched again! Moose gives 4 paws to Dawn!
Dawn is a very caring, and knowledgeable and patient professional. As an experienced small animal veterinarian, I was impressed with her handling of my 10 year old Doberman, Ziva, who has been dealing with a chronic rear leg injury that does not allow her to use her foot normally. As a result of a serious injury, Ziva walks on the tip of her toes. After just one session Ziva was noticeably using more of the bottom of her foot. Since this condition has been ongoing for two years, I know we will need further sessions. Ziva and I look forward to our journey with Dawn.
I most highly recommend Dawn Lipori and a manual Physical Therapist. She transformed my terrier from hunched over and in pain to playful and comfortable in one session! Dogs will be dogs and they love to run and play and jump, but when they get hurt, there are few options other than medications. My fox terrier hurt himself jumping from the bed. Medications helped, but he was not back to 100%. Fortunately I knew Dawn. Once she put her hands on him, it was clear that he knew she was there to help. He relaxed into his session and she was able to identify the problem and alleviate any discomfort. After one session he was back to his playful, jumping, running self. Beau could not tell where he hurt or why, but Dawn’s skilled hands knew just where he was out of alignment and how to release his discomfort.
